This dealership is by far the worst of the three local dealerships in the Baltimore area. Their sales manager and sales associate were poorly trained. They do not treat repeat customers well. You are just a number at this place. Poor customer experiences.
I think Sam Wu is an outstanding service coordinator. He addresses every need. He responds to any concerns immediately and gets them resolved. I feel confident that he will resolve any of my requests and needs.

From the start Brian Perry was able to answer all our questions. He had everything ready given I was 45 late for the appointment. He wasn’t agitated and didn’t rush our visit and stayed way past closing. We laughed a lot. By far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. We will be back!

The service dept rep Jessica Golden is not to be trusted with the care of your vehicle. She isn't transparent or honest in the way she conducts business. The service director or service mgr is never readily available when requested. Their concern for customer care and resolution is to not return repeated phone calls or messages. I will never go there to have my car serviced or otherwise. Be very wary of the initial pleasantries and fake kindness, care and concern, it's all a facade.

Hunt Valley Mercedes Benz, though a bit "out of the way" for me had come though twice now in the past 4 years for me and my wife when we were looking to purchase our new MB SUVs. The entire sales and finance team were incredibly easy and enjoyable (yes — two words you never hear about a car dealership!!) to work with. In particular, Justin Schneider, worked his tail off finding us our new car. I highly recommend this dealership.
They are more friendly than a couple of dealership i have visited. Very professional and helpful. Responds when called on the phone and you leave a message. It's about 45 minutes from my house but I still prefer to drive that distance for quality

Because I was out of state the plates took 3 months, someone made a mistake the first time filling for them.
Once the plates arrived I had a balance of 722 dollars, because tax was miscalculated, and while I do not mind paying the balance, what I did mind is requesting for a week for someone to call and explain this to me. I had to file a charge back with a credit card just to get an explanation.

I found a 22 MB GLC 300 at this location that I was interested in. I drove over 2 hours to see the car. I was met with disrespect and condescension from Tony, the sales manager. The sale ended with apprehension because I asked for a price reduction due to an accident on the CARFAX. He asked if I had seen the price before I drove there. Came in to look at this used car and was met with Justin. He had reached out a couple days prior to schedule an appointment after expressing interest online. He even emailed me a short video of the car . Drove perfectly, extremely low mileage. The car was a great deal. The process was quick, 2-3 hours, experience was great! I love my car. The problem is that I have to take it there for service. I just left from my pre-scheduled oil change without an oil change! After waiting an hour, I was told they couldn’t do the oil change because they didn’t have my filter in stock. If I make the time to drive there and wait, I expect the dealer will at least have the parts instead of wasting my entire morning.

San went out of his way to troubleshoot and diagnose my vehicle problem then eventually came up with doing what he could to solve the issue. I am satisfied and we need more service reps like Sam.
