My experience with AutoNation Mercedes is overall to cooperate and apathetic. The relationship I’m accustomed to is not present at this and other AutoNation Mercedes Benz dealerships. My service technician was indifferent and mediocre. I had to call several times before my concerns were answered. I was put in a loaner that had 13 or more issues, inclusive of dents and missing emblems, worn tires and dirty and ragged interior while my GLE 350 was being serviced. It was an insult, I started to refuse the car, but I was exhausted from a long and delayed business trip and I just wanted to get home.

Traded in my car and was promised I would get a car with native gps and that everything was inspected and fine. After being given the run around for 4 weeks they wanted to sell me a gps chip for around $500, got one on ebay for $50. The so called certified and inspected vehicle needed new brakes 2 months after purchase. Eman Monroe will tell you anything to get your business. Should have known they were crooks from they told me that the initial vehicle that I wanted to buy was sold minutes after I got to the dealer. The Subaru division was also just bad. Bought a new wrx, transmission felt weird then fail, I was told it was my fault for racing the vehicle (new born was mostly always with me) when I complained several times about the jinky clutch, and they never honored the warranty I was suppose to get. Stay far away from these ppl.

I do not normally do reviews, but I wanted to provide my insights as my experience at MBHV was fantastic! There was not a human being that I came in contact with that wasn’t courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is the first dealership where I didn’t feel pressured, scammed, or anything more than a valued customer. Our purchase was the first sale for a new employee therein, and she was nothing short of awesome. The managers I worked with were also top notch. I can say with all sincerity that I recommend MBHV!

When it comes to repairs, the service department is top notch! They never make me feel uncomfortable like I'm being hustled. They are very knowledgeable and have great communication skills. I'm usually in and out but if not I can work from the waiting area or watch television. The complimentary car wash is an added bonus!

I been a customer at Hunt Valley Mercedes since 2001 I’ve purchased five vehicles in that time frame. I always brought my car in for old service checks for every vehicle pleasant vehicle I had an E354 Matic. I had it for 10 years that was a long time. I’ve had a Mercedes I traded it in on the A35 AMG and come to find out when your mechanics I bought that Mercedes that ride that I traded in a cabin very good shape. The reason why I started going there is like my cousin Al Riggio worked in the sales department there so I figured I can get the best deal possible. I was always treated with respect, and also had all my questions answered. promptly.. but I must say all the years I’ve been going there do you have a gentleman in your service department is a service writer name Sam is outstanding he’s very knowledgeable. He can get you anything. He goes out of his way to help you out anyway you can as long as he stays there. I’ll continue to bring my cars up here and continue to buy new vehicles, so thank you

The worst service provide to a customer! We purchased a car for $68,000 and was told that the title would be here in a month. This was July 13, 2022. As of today, and after over 100 calls and emails, the dealership has stopped communicating and there is still no title here April 14, 2023. I do not wish to give any stars, but must provide something.

The customer service on the phone was friendly and helpful. Then after the service was completed the service writer was very detail and throughly of what need to be done and advised what should be completed. Definitely a place I would recommend.

I had taken my car to Mercedes Of Hunt Valley after not trusting Mercedes of Catonsville i told service rep Sam that my catalytic converters was bad and he diagnosed it and said it wasn’t so he repaired a part on my car which cost me $700 now three weeks later car doing the same thing now he say it is the catalytic converters. Car was under emissions warranty time I bought car in now out of warranty and now they are charging me $4300. Talked to Service Manager and Store Manager to no prevail. I brought my car in for a diagnostic check & a minor repair and let them know I’d be waiting. Sam was my service rep and he was PHENOMENAL and I don’t say that lightly. As a sales executive for over 20 years, customer service is very important to me. Sam, gave me constant updates, explained the findings in detail (important since I don’t speak “car”), & gave me all my options on how to proceed. He even followed up with the tech to find another solution when the first three didn’t work for me. In addition to that apparently there were a couple of recalls/updates for my car so he asked if I minded having them done since I was already there. Obviously, I just can’t say enough. Sam’s personality, knowledge and helpful advice is why I’ll continue to come back (and why I’m writing this long review). Thank you so much for the awesome customer service.

UPDATE: James was an excellent service manager from beginning to end. He communicated promptly and thoroughly via phone, email, and text, he got me in for an appointment quickly, he had a loaner vehicle ready for me when I arrived, and he made sure my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. The repairs were performed in a timely manner, and he let me know exactly what was going on and what the cost and time frame would be as soon as he knew. I was thrilled with his service, and with the entire team in Cockeysville. The receptionist who took my payment and processed my file was also very kind and courteous, and she took charge of getting my car out when there was a bit of a traffic jam in the service area. Skylar was absolutely phenomenal! I had a lot of trouble scheduling my annual service in past years at a different Mercedes dealership, and once it was finally scheduled, there were still headaches and delays. From the moment I explained my situation to Skylar, he took ownership of it and fixed everything in less than a day. It turns out that my maintenance plan had been entered incorrectly by the other dealership and the expiration date was set to the day after the start date! Long story short, Skylar sorted everything out, got me on the schedule quickly, set me up with the promised loaner car in 10 minutes flat, and had my car finished at the time he had promised. The whole process was so smooth and hassle-free in comparison to my previous experiences that I wish I had made the switch years ago. Thank you so much!

I will literally never set foot in this dealership again. The so-called customer service with which I was provided was such a terrible joke I couldn’t even laugh. God gets more laughs and Voltaire was still correct. I pulled into the service bay gleeful and excited to purchase a new vehicle; I had playing from my car speakers a video that I had shot in my Mercedes some friends of mine who happened to be freestyling about driving around in a Benz. I figured given the joyous occasion of trading in my baby for my new baby, the staff would be exuberant and excited to join in my celebration. I could not have more been wrong. My ascertation of the situation is that every single human being I came in contact with at the dealership today made a terrible mistake of judging a book by its cover and then not taking the time to read the book to find out whether or not the assumption was correct. I won’t get into any more details than that, but suffice it to say if I was the person in charge of who works there and he doesn’t, I would literally fire everyone. Except for Caleb. Apparently it was only his third day there, so he was not the least bit prepared for what walked in the door. So he gets a pass. Not his fault. Apparently no one else was prepared either, however. I mean, I've been in the car business myself for over a decade. If someone drives up in a sparkling Iridium Silver Metallic 2014 E350 dressed in the outfit I was wearing (classic limited edition Ecko Unltd T-Shirt, sky-blue and gold Broad Street Bullies Flyers New Era fitted, white Pumas with AMG PETRONAS on the sides and a three-pointed star on the back) with Gucci stripes across the top of the rear window and a jewel-encrusted gold crown on the middle rear headrest, you might want to take a second and think about how you might go about addressing that customer. The fact that someone who was “in charge” had the audacity to tell me I was disrespectful is ludicrous, along with another manager trying to explain to me why the customer isn't always right. Shameful. Despicable. Atrocious.

Mercedes-benz does not require a credit check for wire transfers or cash deals. You cannot require a credit check if your buyer doesn't need to use credit. Tarig Ellis was my salesman and there finance Manager hung up on me while I was talking to him. I didn't know Mercedes-benz Benz hired 5year Olds. I expect the owner to reach out to me.

I was on the fence about a few different cars. Until I saw the 2022 Mercedes Benz C300 4MATIC. Man it's definitely a dream machine. Great ride and comfort you'd expect from a Mercedes. I made the right choice. Glad I chose the Mercedes. Or so I thought. In November. 5 months after getting my brand new car. I had an issue with the Infotainment system. They said the computers were not communicating with one another. They said whatever the issue was fixed itself. After having my car for 2 weeks. Then 3weeks later in December. Same problem. They said they swapped out the computer fix a blown speaker which I was wondering how blew, seeing I haven't been playing my music loud. Then yesterday January 25th. I was driving and the Infotainment screen went black heard a popping sound, thought for sure the speaker had blown again from the sound. I don't think it did though. I don't know weather or not to be angry. I can say I'm very disappointed. Mercedes being so prestigious and all. I need answers.

However, I would really think twice about returning as the finance person Rene spoke not only to me and my son, but to his staff very condescending. He even scolded the sales person telling them to "pay attention" as if they were a child. He also included in the original purchase agreement fees that should not have been causing further delay due to the agreement needing to be redone. Never again as long as he's there.

After spending over $2k on a major service on my G550, I have had to bring my vehicle in now 3 times to fix the same issue. The tire pressure monitor will not reset after the service and now I have to again drive 45 min and wait to have it looked at again as well as after a major service the oil light on the panel was on as it needed additional oil. Now I have a lighter not working that was working and a tailout out as well. All at once after a sensor. Not what I expect from Mercedes Service. Update: Well, thanks to Eric, the Service Manager, my G550 was finally fixed properly. Eric took the extra time to make sure all the items were taken care of and properly repaired. Thank you Eric. More attention like this is needed to make sure this happens the 1st time. Thank you. Since this incident, Sam the Service associate has handled every repair and service in the most professional manner. Sam has earned my business again.

I purchased a 2013 S550.When filling out the paper work, I didn't have a real sales Person. There was a young lady who kept running back and forth to the finance person instead of sitting down with me at his desk. They kept rushing me to give the the down payment and not taking care of the warranty that comes with the car. To thus day I still don't have the warranty that I saw.I left a message for the GM to call me about this matter. He has not called me yet. Now I found out that I don't have the wheel lock key. Beware of them rushing you for a down payment. Make sure you get all the paper work that you need and make sure the paper work says what you need it to say. Be aware of this dealership.

While I registered the car for MD inspection, the car was standing there for more than one hour. Once I let the representative know about it, it was clear that they forgot about the car being lined up. I waited from 10:30 to 2:30. Four hours. When the car was brought back to me it was not washed and it was not cleaned as the custom goes. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least. While everyone in the service department has been very nice, I have not received a service i requested the last two times I visited. I requested that my car be washed and vacuumed while it was at the dealership for multiple days. I was told vehicles are always washed and vacuumed before being returned to customers, and that I did not have to request it. Twice I have picked up my car in the same condition in which I left it.

I got a flat tire so was frantically searching for a place to tow my car to. But since my car was due for a Service A I went ahead and got it towed to the dealership in Hunt Valley. They were able to get me all taken care of within the same day (which was perfect because this dealership is close to my work but still 30 mins from my home so I didn't need to get a rental car). Jessica took care of my case and was so patient with me, so would really recommend her for service, (her rating would be 5 stars). I'm giving the location a 4 star review though because I asked them to vacuum and wash my car but there is still dog hair (from when my friend sat in my car and had her dog's hair all over her) and there was some weird chunky white residue all over my new tire and the rim. The residue hopefully will just wash away in the rain. But overall a great experience.

Extremely disappointed that this company doesn't stand by it's word.. I was made a promise by the manager Alex Hafer after buying a vehicle that should not have passed inspection..didn't drive over 70mph because the computer was broken..how was this not caught if it was inspected? Pipe fell off due to rusty bolts shortly after purchase.. the vehicle still has a issue.. thank God I bought the extended warranty.. hopefully they don't try and stiff me with that🙄..he stated they would pay my first car payment.. 2 years later I'm still waiting.. smh.. nice people until they get your 💰

I had a major issue, and when other items were added I couldn't believe the price. I had to ask for the service manager, and felt pressured to sell my vehicle. The service staff were not very attentive in returning calls about my vehicle. I was not offered a loaner and was without a car for weeks. One great thing was that it was towed to the dealer free but instead of 1 day it took 2.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I have been embattled with this dealership for months because there was issue with the Title. I tried to contact their business office, the ones whom I signed documents of sale with and often came up empty handed, sent to voicemail. Had an appointment to test drive a used vehicle but dealt with numerous salespeople and was lied to over the course of 2 days about the availability of the vehicle. I found one honest salesperson out of the entire group who actually told the truth. The manager Chris was condescending, tried to make excuses and only had a more productive conversation with him stating he would "coach" his associates on being transparent only after I called the General Manager Nathan Hollis who would not get on the phone. I was ready to purchase, after I had the ability to test drive the vehicle but due to the lack of integrity, transparency and professionalism, I will take my business elsewhere. I would like to talk to the owner so he can hear the real chain of events that occurred to understand how he is being represented by the team at the location. Customer service and integrity mean everything when trying to purchase a vehicle.

We saw the exact Certified GLC we wanted 2+ Hours away. On August 1st I came in to trade my vehicle (which happened). I left with a certified trade. Approximately 2 weeks later I received a call from the financing Director Nick Sutton who was great and stayed in communication all the way up until. Nick gave me a call and asked me to come back in to re-sign my contract because of a numbers mistake. I came the next day on August 16th and re-contracted. About a week later I could still see my old vehicle still attached to my name and it stated that I still owed. I contacted Nick and he said Don’t worry about it Mercedes system has been down and it should be back up in a few days. I reiterated OK to be clear I don’t owe anything (correct?) and he confirmed no. A few hours later Mercedes financial calls me and tells me that I indeed still owe them and they do not have a payoff and one thing does not have anything to do with the other. As well as if I do not pay it will affect my credit. Mind you they have my title and my old vehicle has already been sold! Of course I start to panic and reach back out to Nick. I left him a V.M and texted with no response. I then reached out to my sales person Kwami via email and no response. Then left a voicemail for the general manager Nate Hollis and no response. I waited two days until I called Mercedes corporate and AutoNation corporate. Roughly about a week later the general manager Nate Hollis calls me back and states that he never did receive my voicemail and in short tells me because you re-contracted (no fault of my own) it will take longer for Mercedes financial to get the payoff typically it takes 30 days but I will get with Nick and see what’s going on worst-case scenario I will cut you a check for your car note so we can “make you whole”. Okay great we hang up and I never hear anything back within that day. I give him two days which was a Wednesday and I leave him two voicemails and never hear back from him. Today my account is now late and it is accruing late charges as we speak! I’ve been in Customer Service Managment for many years and wouldn’t dream of letting this happen! Yes mistakes happen and people drop the ball, but you FIX them and move on! You strive to earn business and rapport for life! After all aren’t the ‘Customers paying your salary! I have already spent too much time and energy trying to get them to right their wrong! Never will I purchase anything from them again while they are sitting in the seats that they are in, nor will I refer anyone! They are a bad representation of the MERCEDES brand! And please spare me with the robotic response of this review! Your GM has my information and if he was truly interested in Customer Service he would have already rectified the problem! How can you represent a luxury brand and be so dishonest and unprofessional!!! It’s apparent that you don’t appreciate your customers or know the true value of them! When faced with adversity true ethics is called taking responsibility!!!! The customers perception is your reality! “It takes months to gain a customer and seconds to lose them”!!! My advice to Consumers, don’t purchase from them unless you know without a shadow of a doubt no mistakes will be made, otherwise you’ll be burned and burdened with Unnecessary stress!!!

I had a check engine light on my two year old GLB250. It was much more than a simple fix, it needed a new cylinder head. They provided me a loaner while the parts came in. While it did take quite a bit of time (doesn't everything these days), they got the work done within a reasonable amount of time. I just had my GLE350 serviced and the repair was done well. I’m thankful for the service team for taking the time to figure out the issue and make the repair. Sam was great and super helpful. My issue is with AutoNation and it’s less-than luxury experience. They cut corners from what is expected from a Mercedes dealer. When I picked up my car- it’s was filthy. I mean - super dirty. Now, I understand it went to the dealer dirty but after nearly 5 days at the shop - I would have expected a better job. I noticed this at the last few appointments I had where my car was barely washed. This time it was just beyond. The door jambs were full of dirt, the outside wasn’t even wiped down with a chamois. There was dirt in the trunk latch, dust all over the console - I can go on. So after a good chunk of change - I can’t even have my car cleaned and wiped down? AutoNation has sullied the Mercedes name and has stripped all luxury from the dealer experience.

She will not rest until I walk out with a smile on my face. One of my daughters adore her she makes her feel right at home Jessica even took the time to get to know child and actually knows her favorite food and how many nuggets she eats lol. Our experience was a but unusual, but I’m so glad to have used this Co. In the end. It took about 6 weeks to get the car because of an out of stock part that it needed before sale. No big deal. The problem was with the sales manager, Rachel Cameron. For the life of me I can’t imagine how she is with this company. When trying to contact her for status updates, etc. she was slow to respond or not at all. She only sent emails. Not once did she call me. This was a gift for my wife and she had her heart set on this particular vehicle. After some time passed I received a call from the general manager, Nathan Hollis. Imagine my surprise,. Someone was paying attention . He answered my questions and went thru hoops to get everything resolved. When we went to finally see the car, Mr Holllis introduced us to Mr. KWAMI MCLEOD. KWAMI walked us thru the process and made sure everything was taken care of to our desire. I’ve owned several MB’s over the years and this wasn’t an expensive one, but Nate and Kwami both treated us with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They are the true “STAR” that Mercedes is known for. My next car will be the EQS, and it definitely will come from this dealer.

There were several glitches to this experience. Nothing life changing but just annoying. I requested a loaner which I was told was fine when I booked the appointment for service weeks prior and when I get there Im told that I'm not eligible for a loaner because I was only getting a Service A. I scheduled meetings throughout the day thinking I would have a car and I did eventually get one but not without jumping through hoops. Miscommunication like that shouldn't happen when you purchase a $125,000 vehicle, in my opinion. Once I got the loaner, it was the cheapest Benz they make. Other dealerships I have dealt within the past give you at least your vehicle if not better for a loaner. I realize these are 1st world problems but still. They wanted a review. I?m giving one. Then Im told the service would take 1-2 hours and i would be notified as soon as the car was completed. Well, 7 hours later I call them and they say, ?Oh your car has been sitting here waiting. We wanted to call but were too busy?. Im sorry but that is just not premium customer service, in my opinion. All in all not a big deal but I expect a level of service when I deal with a high end company and that simply was not what I received.

I was looking for a very specific CPO AMG and Mercedes of Hunt Valley had the car. It was an easy process to set up a test drive. The car was beautifully detailed and ready to go. Being a new MB driver, I needed some explanation of the seemingly complicated controls. Samuel took quite some time going over all the functions and answering all of my questions, it was actually a very enjoyable process. The test drive was fantastic, as you can imagine. It was the perfect car all around. Setting up my trade in Audi and purchase options was a breeze. Rene was a wonderful help in getting me the best overall options as far as money down and length of loan. It was a long process as any car buying process is, but I was treated with respect by everyone, not just the people dealing with me, other associates as well. I am extremely happy with my time spent and purchase and will actually make the trip to get my next one from them, however I imagine it will be many years and many miles from now.

When I had my 2016 GLE 350 4matic in for collision preventive assist plus it needed software update at $189.00 charge but I was quote $994.15 had engine misfire on ignition A coil to replace six spark plugs replace intake manifold needed to be taken off and gasket replace in order to do the job properly my service was Stephen Worthinhto when I was to pick it up the bill was $1410.97 this TURD service writer charge me $$42.63 per plug when the cost at the Mercedes part counter is only $26.00 he also stuck a after market coil pack on and charge me $138.33 when they brought it local auto part store for Around $50.00 or less only then I took it upon calling the service manger Mr Eric and raise the issue why Skylar which the service writer is call by would stick it in my xxx like that anyway got a little refund of $178.15 back but I really don't think the mechanic ever replace intake gasket to do the job total hrs was told 5hrs but for some reason I got plugs replace three recall fix software update two wheel remove test drove then came back did a obd sane and replace coil also went all around the Suv and inspect which I did not ask for but Skylar took it upon his self to do so just to much work done when I was told plugs and ignition coil would 5hrs alone put the car in at 10am out at 4.43 pm I will never service car ever here again thankful service manger was kind enough to refund me some money but I had to raise a xxxx about the scam xxx service writer Skylar if any thing when going their ask for Ben I think he would be more honest also this Skylar talk very rude and think the average people off the street are stupid and don't know not a good person to deal with I want thank Mr Eric service manger he was real good to deal with if you have a issue this guy will be their for you.

Typical upsell attempt from the "Service Advisor" Schuyler. When he called to tell me my car would be done soon he mentioned the "service technician" said my tires were wearing fine but said I should have the tires rotated and an alignment done. I informed him I just had that done at my last service and he replied it was recommended because of the miles I've driven since my last service. I questioned his assessment then he actually opened the record and realized I'd not driven that many miles. He realized he was wrong and the service was neither needed nor recommended. So much for the upsell on that service visit.

Made an appointment online to have the emissions mod applied to my E250 and indicated that I would wait at the dealership. Sam called me soon afterward to let me know that the work required would take several hours and that he would line me up a loaner. Arrived at the appointed date and time. Was impressed with the COVID-19 protocols that were in place. Sam was available in a few minutes and got me checked in. In addition to the emissions mod, I asked that the map data in the COMAND system be updated. He brought around the loaner, an A220 4Matic and I was on my way. The A was a fun ride, much more so than the A class vehicles I had driven in Europe. Sam called later that day that my car was ready for pickup. Told him I’d be there mid morning the following day. Pickup only took about 10 minutes. My E was sparking clean and sanitized. Happy to report that the emissions mod did not detract from overall performance. And the map data had updated. Great job by all involved. Thanks much.

Bought a certified pre owned. Multiple issues with it from a cracked wheel, kick plate feel off the first time I opened the door on way home from buying it. They over charged me on my paperwork and took several times to get them to acknowledge they over charged me. Console was melted in a spot and another part was jagged and fraying. Paint was touched up horribly. Took months to get things resolved and a local mercedes dealer near me ended up picking up their slack and making most everything right and then Mercedes Benz Hunt Valley reached out after bad review to fix the paint. They sent a driver 4.5 hrs to get my car after 3 times of me scheduling to be home to give them the car. They never let me know they weren't coming. They bring my bar back over a week later 2 different colors and whoever was USING my car while they had it to paint put a 30gal garbage bag filled with old food! I reached out to ask why there would be garbage in my Trunk and NOBODY WILL EVEN RESPOND! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!

I took my car their for an oil change and auxiliary battery replacement , I dropped it off at 10 am they didn’t finish till 430 pm smdh, I had to take their shuttle home , because of how long it took , some of the staff could take classes on customer service , but I will say the greeter and Zach , who drove me home wer very professional and kind the other could take lessons from these two .Thanks to u both 💕

I had a horrible experience buying a "certified" pre owned Mercedes that I have bought from another dealership a couple times and NEVER had an issue. this dealership sold me a car with a cracked wheel, melted consol, kick plate fell out of car the first time I stopped with it on the way home from buying. They over charged me on paperwork and then tried to rectify the transaction and sent a driver to get my car to fix the horrible touch up work they did. they told me 3 separate times they were coming and never showed! then sent my car with a driver after I told them I had appointments and he was just driving in my car. I canceled my appointments to be home since they gave me no notice! got my car at 830pm so couldn't see the paint. in the morning discovered my car is now red and burgundy in spots and someone put a 30 gal garbage bag with old food in my trunk! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE!!!!!

I purchased a car at Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley on 9/4/2020 which was 6 months ago. I was promised a 2nd key with the purchase of the vehicle. It was written into my contract on the 17th page of the 19-page document (the WE OWE page). Although I have called countless times over the last 6 months and have even driven up there to speak with my salesperson and the manager, Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley has done everything in their power up to this date to keep me from getting this 2nd key or paying me the amount of the 2nd key. Three weeks ago, on Feb 16th, Jim the manager of Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley told me via text that he would send me a check in place of a key, but refused to tell me the amount. I haven't received it and decided that enough is enough! I have put in a complaint to the BBB. Before I pressed send, I called to speak to John Davenport who also signed my contract but was told he no longer works there and actually got Jim on the phone. Jim asked me to withdraw the BBB complaint in order for him to send me a check. LOL, that's not how it works, but thanks for that laugh! I'm hoping now that a regulatory body is involved, I will get what is contractually owed to me. Jim seemed way more upset that I contacted the BBB than that one of his customers has not been treated well by him, his staff, and his third-party vendor(s). I never asked for any more than what I was owed and I have waited long enough. This was my first time dealing with a luxury car dealership...Far from luxurious customer service.

This dealership is very unprofessional. My brakes and rotors were repaired. When my car was returned, there was a flat tire. I returned 3 days in a row, there was no responsibility taken, no compensation, just excuses. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My service rep Brady, admitted that there could’ve been damage done while my car was on the lift. The manager Eric, still refused to take responsibility. This was a total nightmare.

My experience was unnecessarily long. We say a car that we wanted on the web site, and scheduled an appointment for 10:00 a.m. to see the car. Upon arrival, I was showed several cars that I was not that impressed a couple of other cars for the first 5 hours with test drives, look, mileage. After 5 hours, I asked about the care we say on the website, and we were told that is was sold by two people. It wasn't until I pressed and complained to a 3rd person that they found the car which had been used as a loner. The car that I originally came to see was returned within 30 minutes. Then on to the financial after another 2 hours first I was offered a price that was acceptable to me, but then it was refigured to a higher price. After being there for about 10 hours and very exhausted. I agreed to the price. That's my fault, I should have negotiated better, but I think it was shady and not fair. The staff was really nice though.

My 2005 E500 had to have major brake part fixed- it was actually still under warranty! Fixed promptly also checked out something else for defects that were under recall. Very amiable efficient staff. Nice experience.

Brought in car for nail in tire. Unable to patch and new tire was ordered. Only issue I have is my car was due for a car wash because my birthday was Nov. 27. I asked twice if the car would be washed and on pick up asked again. I was told that it was only to go out and see that it hadn’t:(

Our Mercedes needed a major repair. Dwayne Miller made what was a frustrating event as pleasant as possible. He arranges a loaner vehicle for us, kept us informed of the status of the work being done and was extremely polite in the midst of our anxiety. He answered all our many questions with patience. We were extremely pleased with Dwayne. He instilled confidence in us that the repair would be done well . He displayed sincere concern for our well being and safety .

I was duped into buying a repair service contracts for a new GLA 250 which has no bearing when I take my car in for repairs. Service here is always poor...often my car is returned not washed/cleaned; I would often asked for my car to be washed, then they would quickly run it through the car wash.

I am a first time Mercedes owner and my buying experience was relatively pleasant. My salesperson Andrew was very courteous and helpful and put me in a car that I wanted. I was already pre-approved by another financial institution when I went car shopping, however, after talking to Rene in finance he was able to get me approved through Mercedes Benz Financial at a much lower rate, which allowed me to add additional warranties at a price that I could afford. I have had my car for two weeks and I am loving it so far. I have not experienced the service center yet, but I have an upcoming appointment for an issue with the display screen, so hopefully I will be able to come back and write a favorable review.

The advisor stated that loaners are only for service not oil changes. I asked if he could make a 1 time exception. He declined.

I’ve been taking my S550 coupe to Mercedes of Hunt Valley for the past 3 years. Until now , I have had fairly good service. Well a few weeks ago, my “service engine light and oil light “ came on almost simultaneously. I took my car in the very next morning explaining that the indicator lights came on. John Hawkins, my service consultant, took my car back in a reasonable amount of time to be assessed by the service technicians. After about 30 minutes John came out to tell me that The lights were not on when the technicians assessed the car and that they did not find anything wrong with my car. I asked him if he was sure because both lights certainly came on and stayed on for over an hour during my travel until I reached my destination and the car was running very rough. I Verbalized that it felt as though an engine coil needed to be replaced as my car sounded and ran rough in the same manner the last time I was in for service to replace an engine coil . You see, this was not my first time at the rodeo for a similar assessment. John went on to say that the technician said not only could they not find anything wrong with my car but that they could not find any proof that the indicator lights had been signaled since the last time I brought my car in for service which was about two weeks prior. I will say that this was very concerning as I saw both of the lights on in addition to the car running rough. So, needless to say I left very dissatisfied and confused about why Mercedes’ certified service technicians could not tell me why the indicator lights came on and why their diagnostic equipment could not diagnose a problem or even tell that the lights did in fact signal a problem! Fast forward three days later. I AGAIN returned because my car displayed the SAME symptoms including the service indicator lights displaying ..... this time the problem was fixed (engine coil... just as I had thought). Before I left, I made an appt for my B service for later that week. I came back for the service at which time I was told that there was a crack in or near the oil crank (I can’t remember exactly the issue but there was a crack causing a unit oil leak... that explains why the oil light came on days earlier!). So, I returned the same day after work paid the bill , dropped off the loaner vehicle and left with my car. Now here comes more of my frustration and disappointment. The VERY next day my car’s service engine light came on again with the very same symptoms , running rough. I took my car back that morning telling John how disappointed I was in the service or the lack thereof, from Mercedes of Hunt Valley and that I will not pick up my car again until they thoroughly fixed it ! John listened to my feelings of frustration and disappointment and assured me that he would take care of the situation. My car remained there over the weekend . When I finally picked up my car again, John apologized for everything and then proceeded to tell me that I only had to pay for the price of the engine coil replaced but not for the service.. ( which was around $300). Although this was appreciated, this could never make up for the trust I once had in Mercedes of Hunt Valley’s service department. Had it not been for the gracious way John Hawkins assisted me, I would not return. When a consumer invests in a high end Vehicle, especially a Mercedes, excellent service is expected and should be received. To add insult to injury 40 cents was charged to my credit card for gas! I did refuel the prior to returning but I guess I was 40 cents short. I can’t say that these unfortunate events will cause me not to return to Mercedes of Hunt Valley or even recommend them to friends and family to purchase a vehicle, but I have somewhat lost faith in the service department. It is very different than it was three years ago.

After having my 2016 GL 450 serviced four times for the same issue, zero willingness to take Accountability, and admission of a defect, I would not recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley. This is my families fourth Mercedes-Benz and I have never been met with such unprofessional customer service. When asked for the contact information of the Regional Director, I was told by Eric Nicholson that I could not have their information. I asked him to clarify and he said "I've been very clear" and he reiterated that he was my only source of information and service. Due to this experience I would never recommend this service center. Luckily I was offered a more professional experience at a different service center and I will take the necessary steps to escalate this concern.

I leased a 2019 E450 from this dealership and it has never been an easy time dealing with them. On 8-15-20 I had their road side service pick my car up because the top would not go up. They took it to Hunt Valley (repair), and on Monday they called me to tell me the convertible top had been repaired, and it had been due to a rear window malfunction. I had mentioned this rear window malfunction twice before this incident, when I had taken the car in for service. John, from their service department, then told me my car had been left out in the rain ALL weekend, due to them not being able to start it. I went and they showed me the car and I told them I did not want it back, they understood. This is a lease agreement. I tried to lease an SL 550 but they could not roll the old lease into a new lease due to insurance not finding an outcome yet for the car damage. I have talked to Mr. White, (Mercedes of Hunt Valley, manager) and Mr. Nicholson (Mercedes of Hunt Valley auto repair service manager), and it seems costumer service is not a priority at this location. They told me to have my insurance look into it so I did so with reluctance. They would not honor a claim due to the gross negligence in this matter from the leasing company and service department. Today, 09/28/20200, it is in the same posture, when I met with Mr. Nicholson last week he was obtuse and seemingly had no concern for my loss, and I do not believe he was honest to my insurance co. I have dealt with many places and situations in my 61 years, and this one will never get another dime from me. So I am paying for a car I cannot drive and cannot get closure for this horrific incident.

We have had 17 MB - last 6 have been $970 - for 2 years Service - They charged me $1370 - I complained they said it went up -BS - I checked 2 other dealers - still $970 For 2 years on C 300-4 - Have trying to get refund to no avail. - They did send me a check for overcharging me on the lease sale -they “ made a mistake “. ($2781.00)

I had taken my car for a Battery replacement and a free Pit Stop service was carried out,I am sorry to say, it was poorly done, no fluid levels were checked or topped up as a result I realized a month later that the oil level was Near Zero which would have terrible since I was driving appx 450 miles the next day I had the fluids topped up elsewhere !

Leasing a new vehicle last December after I received an email telling me they wanted my old vehicle and would eat payments due - made a deal after some tough negotiations- and after they tried to put Old payments into the new lease - after I said I did not want that - they went back and forth until they came back with a new deal - I hesitated but eventually signed the deal - months later it still did not feel “right “. - so I did more investigating - I finally found the problem - inside the packet was he REAL sale price - $2781.00 more than the SALE PRICE STICKER - they finally sent me a check for the $2781.00. They sent an apology note” saying they made a “mistake”- This was 7 months later. - That equaled 5.5 months payment for old vehicle - Hmmmmmm “mistake “

Meh. It?s hard to rate as it?s COVID time but nothing special. I had to drive a long way to get to the dealership, no one was particularly that friendly, no amenities like I would expect from a Mercedes dealership. They did fix unknown recalls. I did pay an obscene amount for a 50,000 miles service. My appointment was at 7:30 am. I wasn?t called until 3:30 to ask about other things they wanted to fix. At 5:30 I was called and told to pick it up the next morning because they weren?t done. Luckily since most of us are working from home, that was an option.

I bought my GLC 300 from hunt valley and had a horrible experience. When I got the flat hunt valley was the closest dealer so they towed it there. I called at 9:30 and no one knew the car was there. They said they would repair tire and call when ready. No one called. I called at 5 and the young lady that answer said oh yes it’s ready. Really? Could I have picked it up earlier?

My car was taken in for its annual maintenance and returned without the trunk being cleaned or vacuumed at all. Upon closer inspection, the inside of the car also was not well cleaned or vacuumed. he outside of the car and the tires were smeared and messy. A "D" for the service department.

I had the 20K service done on my GLC300 SUV I noticed signs in the dealership about disinfect of the cars interior for $29.95. I didn't need or want that, however it showed up on the bill. I believe something like that the dealership should ask if you want it. Other than that everything else was great.

It started off good but ended up worst when i first went to the dealership i was intented to fix a tire leak on the drivers side back rear everything seem good from the beginning until after they had supposedly fix the tire ... i notice the tire was still leaking so i took it back not only they replaced the wrong tire that didnt have anything wrong with it they suggested that i pay additional to get the correct tire fixes when I originally came to the dealership to fix my original tire that had issues they told me that i gave them the wrong information and suggested that i pay a extra 230 dollars to fix the right tire sense its they word against mine i wasnt able to get the original tire i came for fixed and scammed me out of 270 dollars And my tire is still leaking air i do NOT Recommend that you come to this dealership if thats how they take care of there customers out of scamming them out there money i will never go there ever again ... and i will get my money back

I was quoted a very fair price for all work and given a brand new loaner vehicle for my personal transportation. John the service advisor ask me to wait in the waiting room while they inspected the car. After receiving 3 automated reminders that I had a service appointment on Dec 23, I arrived to be told that my car was not yet ready to be serviced. Do I asked sbout my wipers that had been violently slipping across my windshield after being turned on twice since I bought the car 4 months ago. I wasn’t going to purchase anything until my husband was able to drive it & my children were able to ride in the car. They did however forget to put a return a cover over the fuse box on the passenger side. Also there are scratches in the paint on the left rocker panel and I only wear soft soled shoes EVER. The whole management team from the top to bottom will not work with customers on pricing. They also have a $300 fee to buy there that is not a mandatory state fee. Also tried to throw in a $199 online fee and I didn’t even inquire online. Profit at this dealership supersedes customer service and customer relations. It’s a shame that the standard dealer response is to publicly offer a call with their GM....AFTER I have already been blown off by the GM who has received voicemails and emails with my contact info....with zero response. Maybe instead of automating a Politically correct response on a public site, you could just follow through on the requests that come in when people aren’t watching? It is very very hard to make me angry, but this dealership has done it after 4 consecutive bad experiences and over $7k in repairs and maintenance in the last 24 months on something that had an extended warranty. The ONLY good thing about this dealership is Anastasia. The rest....a blight upon the brand and the reason I am NEVER buying a Mercedes again. Good. Riddance

I lost my key and had my Benz towed to the Hunt Valley location. At first I was told that the new key would be $450 two days later they said it would be $571. Secondly I decided to get the service done on my car because it was due, a whole two weeks later and $2100. the service was NOT done! I’m very patient and I called every couple of days and I felt that my car was just sitting there, until I had to get upset for them to get it done. I told them at 10 AM in the morning on my last call that I wanted my car back that day he said it to be ready by noon if that’s all that it really took what took so long. 3rd.....The service worker told me it was ready and all cleaned up so I went to pick it up and the car was completely dirty. AND HERE’S THE KICKER a WHOLE entire piece was missing from the front of my car!!!!! They did not tell me they waited for me to get home in my driveway to notice it!!! it was the area where it was towed, either one of two things it was never replaced or they lost it and don’t want to take responsibility for it and then they asked me if I have the piece!!! WHAT?!? I’m not a tow truck driver or mechanic why would I have this piece with me!! I called the Mercedes roadside assistance to come pick the car up and now Huntvalley is telling me they don’t know who the tow truck driver or the company was! There’s got to be a trail or some paperwork. I am so beside myself and I want a result and I want the piece put back in the front of my car ASAP😤UNBELIEVABLY

I had a good experience. I flew in from Charlotte and Jack picked me up and took me to the dealership where I completed the car buying process. I was told that the car was perfect but when I got there I found a little dent on the drivers door and some orange stain on the carpet behind the drivers seat. I know it was a used car but make the customer aware or fix the problem before I fly in to pick up the car. Went in on Friday May 3rd. Went in for parts. The gentlemen helped me and sent me to the cashier, where as usual, there was no cashier. They kept my car for a week and it ran worse than when I brought it to them. They charged me almost $1500 and neglected to do basic things like change an air filter. $32.00. Which is why my engine light was on! They can't get a half of a star from me. Buy a car there, yes, but as far as service, I would not recommend any owner use them. Go to Owings Mills or Catonsville. Be warned!

Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! The salesman Kyle was very knowledgeable and answered every question without hesitation. I had some technical questions which were answered by the technician Tommy without having to research .He knew those SUV's inside and out! The finance man Frank was very patient and made sure I was comfortable with all my options! To top it off the Sales Manager Terry made sure everything ran smoothly. Although I was buying a used GLK they made me feel like I was buying a new G Wagon! Definitely a Top Notch Sales Team!! When it comes time to buy that G-Wagon you know where I'll be buying! If you are considering buying a new or used vehicle go to HUNT VALLEY MERCEDES !! You won't be disappointed!

On December 30, 2017 I agreed to a deal to purchase a GLE 43 from Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley ( Deal w/email confirmation attached). Bryan Stack, the salesman confirmed the deal by email, phone, and verbally in person. All of this was done multiple times. After arriving to pick up the car on January 1, 2018 the agreed upon day Mr. Stack even confirmed the deal again verbally, at his desk with the value of my trade of $45,000. After walking around the car we again went back to Mr. Stack's desk. At this time he said everything is a go, and he will bring back the final paperwork. About 20 min later he came and said the Land Rover Bethesda Dealership offered less on my trade, and that was the value they would use, instead of my agreed upon value. Land Rover is a different manufacturer with a different license and address. They illegally shared my private information. I never physically visited the Land Rover Bethesda Dealership and they did not see, inspect or drive the car. Mercedes and Land Rover did not protect my privacy, Breached the Contract.

When you go to the BMW dealer & they don’t take you seriously... You end up going where you wanted to go in the 1st place and the Sales Manager himself sees to it that there are no missteps - from start to finish. At one point my salesman Sam needed to jot down my cell# but didn’t have anything to write on: I handed him the business card from the BMW guy - told him I wouldn’t be needing. Lol Bel Air BMW: EPIC FAIL Hunt Valley Motors knows how to treat their ‘potential customers’. If you want a pleasant experience where you get the best deal the FIRST time out the gate - these are your guys.

This was my late sister's car. I drive a Chrysler mini-van so to me the $195.00 service change was high BUT with a Mercedes, the oil changes are spaced further apart because of advanced technology. The agency was also good in helping me to get a buy-back quote with no "pressure".

Once the appt was made, the service was very good. Making the appt was a bit odd...it was a recall notice that required a part...the service desk had to transfer me to parts who had to transfer me back to service. I don't know why service just didn't put me on hold to check on the part and then come back to set the appt. It felt a little like the left hand and right hand were not talking. However, once I was at the dealership, it was quick and seamless.

My auxiliary battery malfunction light came on and I called and made an appointment with Kelly who was extremely helpful and courtesy. She offered for me to bring the car right in and have it looked at or I could opt to make an appointment. I made an appointment and took my car to MB Hunt Valley two days later. Anastasia was my customer service rep and she was extremely professional and courtesy. She answered all my questions and even reached out to other folks to assist with my floor mat issue which was resolved immediately. I've owned 4 Mercedes at various dealerships in MD and VA and this was a excellent experience. Well done!

Just recently bought a used Mercedes here and have had nothing but problems since! Manager Jim was solicitous until we closed the deal- then when problems started not even two weeks after buying the car, he seemed to avoid us and was unwilling to offer us any help with needed repairs. The service department can't be trusted either. They inspected the car and refused to fix the driver's side mirror saying it met the MINIMUM requirements for MD state inspection. The mirror's glass is darkening and at night it distorts images and makes it dangerous. I shudder to think what else barely passed inspection! I will not recommend this dealership to anyone and will call the Better Business Bureau as soon as I'm done with this post!

Stay away!!! I had a Mercedes R class and had a great deal of service handled by the dealership over the years we had it. We had good customer service from the service department the entire time. We had decided to sell the vehicle back to The Mercedes of Hunt Valley back in April, and were told we would receive a check in the mail. (Was not sent certified mail to assure delivery) Somehow, the check was either never sent, or never arrived. The Sales Manager was extremely difficult to contact, no one from the Finance office would able to be reached, and when I went to the dealership in person, twice, was given lip service with attitude. Eventually, was notified that there was an issue at the bank and that there would need to be an investigation, as they weren't sure I truly had received the funds or not. It has been 6 months since I sold them the vehicle and have not received my funds. We are not talking about a large amount of money, but is a pain to say the least. I will never deal this this group again. We loved our car, but will not deal with Mercedes of Hunt Valley ever!

My experience has been nothing but terrible. Almost a year ago, I had my E350 serviced and I told them that my breaks were making noise. After three attempts to fix the problem, the problem was never fixed. I had to take my car to West Chester to get fix. I decided to give Hunt Valley another try and the end state was the same. The initial problem with my keyless remote was never fixed when I was told that my vehicle was ready. After I paid over $700 and went to my car, I discovered that the issue wasn’t resolved. When I pointed that out, they had to keep my car for a few days until the part came in. This was very frustrating. At this point, I will not use Valley motors again.

I brought in my car because the "check brake wear" light came on. I expected to have my front brake pads changed but the rotors were also changed because they were "rusty". The staff at the dealer were very courteous and helpful.

Complete incompetence at this dealership. I visited the dealer for a flat tire (per sensors) and all they did was add air to my tire and sent me on my way. I later found a nail in the tire which was the cause of the sensor reading flat. It amazes me the lack of integrity some people have. When I reported the incident to the Service Manger Kevin he was less than sympathetic.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of my customer service rep Rony Lopez. He kept me abreast on the status of my vehicle and informed me of the possibility that MB Service would not be able to complete the service until the next day. Rony was also able to provide some additional discounting on the cost of the service.

Went to Mercedes of Hunt Valley to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. Having purchased two vehicles from them in the past, I was not very confident this experience would be a positive one. Donald Levine made a great impression, taking the vehicle to my wife's office fur her to look at and made the sales process pleasant. I ended up with a defective car, but it is not the dealer's fault. They have been top notch in helping me work with MB USA to keep the thing on the road. In fact, they might have fixed it with all the parts they just put in - all under warranty. The dealer is awesome - from sales to service, and I appreciate it as this car makes my Land Rover look like a reliable dream, but we'll keep trying.
